I don't know what else to say.
Put simply, I have called and talked to, and maybe tweaked or bothered 3 of you guys. Each one of you answers the phone..."hullo"...

Let it be known that from here on you are professional labs moving forward, moving up.

You will now answer the phone as "your lab name"...first.

Or I will come to your town and take what little business you have.
(just kidding, you couldn't pry me from here in any way shape or form)

YOU GOT MY POINT!!!

Your answer should be ....SIR, YES SIR!!!

O.K., lets all get back to work now.

Hi Mike,
If I am on the phone when a second call comes in I don't usually answer w/my business name. I use our residential phone instead of a seperate line for my business. When I see on my caller ID that it is a Dr.s office I use my business greeting. I am on a pretty personal business with my offices. But I am very careful when I am going after a new account.
I understand what you are saying and you are correct. I will try and watch it from now on.
