Perspective Dental Lab Tech

Hello, my name is Gene and I am looking at becoming a dental lab technician. I have applied to a program in Lexington KY. I have been doing lots of research reading everything I can find on the web, visiting a local full service lab (where I currently live in East TN) and lots of questions to a DMD friend of mine. My Dentist friend actually put me onto this website he had learned of through Dental Town. Any suggestion you may have I am all ears. I will post a thread under one of the more appropriate categories regarding beginner advice. I know what Dental Town means to the Dentists and was trilled to know the tech now have a forum of their own!

If you have not visited Chris Morris at ADL you should. He has a very nice facility and a great crew. I am sure you could get something out of the visit. Tell him hi for me.

Actually no I am in So Calif. I just know Chris by working with him over the years and from the IDF. Good people!
