Hi, I signed up today. I am an old formally educated dental technician, 33 years and counting. I currently am an assistant prof. in a dental school where I have a small lab nested in the clinic where the future dentists have a rotation as part of their educational process. I am very interested in dental technician education, global regulatory systems (FDA, SFDA) and denturism. This looks like another fun dt place.

BTW, does "formerly educated" mean you went to lab school or were trained the "old school way"?

Formal DT program 6 semesters, ADA accredited. I landed a sweet job because of my mad skills. lol
