Has anyone seen this flick? Saw it last evening, WOW! An interesting look at quantum physics, really can inspire you.

You ever read any Richard Feynman books?? Great stuff. John McFee has some good stuff to, naturalist books, not physics.
Quantu mechanics, all that stuff....really interesting. All things made of photons.
The whole of the universe is like one quivering glob of jello, basically. Photons travel through it in waves, endlessly, till distracted by another particle. Gravity doesn't seem to play much of a role and this size level. Just the various forces.
Talk to me here...set me straight in my thoughts...fell free...don't be shy. Don't feel you are correcting me. What are yoru thoughts???
At this level....thoughts are all we have really. The hadron collider will probably find new and still smaller goodies.
Things like gravity and magnatism, awesome stuff. We can manipulate these things, we have no clue as to what they really are, mostly, what they are made of.

Quantum mechanics does not require an observer to create reality, period.

It also doesn't tie into mind power. Quatum physics is just the study of particles and their interactions. Not the study of how the mind affects or manipulates these particles, it's how the particles interact. The very particles everything is made of. After that something is made, comes the awarness. Then there is the mind to contemplate.

You are an accumulation of pico+ particles, standing at the edge of a vast ocean (universe) trying to understand it. And, that is just the beginning.
How awesome it is to quietly contemplate that your an accumulation of particles that can study their surroundings.

It seems we have just scratched the surface of who we are and how we make an impact on our own mental and physical health. Perhaps a lot of huwey to some but extremely interesting to think about.

Watched that DVD. Interesting. People latch on to an idea or thought, then go on from there. "Well if that might happen, then all this other must be real to". Based on, if that might happen.
Amusing to see where people can go with their thoughts and beliefs. With that it was fun to watch, their so sure of what they think they see.
Particle physics, quantum mechanics, interesting and unproveable their thoughts on the 2 things.
Those 2 items are so interesting and little understood. Speculation runs wild as it always does. Reality is quite different. I do have a little info about particle physics and quantum mechanics. If I find the time I plan to start up a thread about the 2.
Interesting stuff. Little tiny things don't seem to be affected by gravity the way large items are, they are bound with photons, or split apart and leave photons and heat. Little things are up down right left charmed green red blue positive and negative variations of all of that as well. Then magnatism. We can manipulate it, but don't know what it is. All these things tie together in what is being looked for, Unified Filed Theory.

A little more on what we know.....
The individuals on the DVD talking about the issue of all that space there is ina an atom, are correct. Take a hydrogen atom for simplicity, there is a huge amount of space between the center of the atom, and out to where the electron orbits. I don't remember the exact comparison. Something like if you were to make the hydrogen atom a visible size to the naked eye, the electron would be maybe miles away.
These individuals suggest that because of this small thing being the way it is, you can some how manage the movement and therefore the way things happen in life.
That is more than a huge stretch of the imagination.
It seems they think that because it is so small, and so spread out(sort of) that thoughts can beliefs can manipulate the way particles work, and therefore alter the way things in life happen.
I am tempted at this point to wonder what color the atmosphere is on those peoples planet.
It is not that simple. Those atoms are not that weak in structure to be manipulated by thoughts and wishes.
As an instance, a single electron is the simplest, and a very storng type of gyro. Its spin is huge. The forces involved in moving a gyro are substancial. Get one, try it. You may already have as a child. Your bicycle or motorcycle will aslo demonstrate gyroscopics.
There is so much to this, it is really amazing the amount of info these people are either missing or ignoring.
The forces inside an atom, or involved in particles interactions are huge. It took us quite some time to figure out how to take apart an atom. When you take apart an atom, particles are separated, heat is generated, some particles are destroyed to make that heat, some to make photons also.
An excellent example of just what goes on when this is done was demostrated directly to the population of Japan in the 40s.
And these yahoos think they can control or manipulate this energy with thought.
They can no more move a sub atomic particle, or alter reality with thought and wishes, any more than they could move a planet in the same way.
Not being argumentive, just facts.

Wow, I had not given it much thought.
