How do the titles under the user name change? Is there a certain criteria or do you change it at your leaser. And what does the green box mean?

The title under your name is setup for the number of posts you make. I could add different titles or post counts but there's really no point. I could also also allow users to change there own title I just dont know what advantage there would be to this. I just added a newbie category for people under 3 posts only to keep people from PMing and emailing spam and garbage to other members. There are junior member 3-29, member 30-99, and senior member 100+. The green box is something other members can give you for being a good or bad member. If I have to warn people for yelling or cursing I can give negative rating and after x amount of negative they can be temp suspended or banned. I hope I explained this well enough to understand.
