SPACE MAINTAINERS...SUCKS!!

They suck out loud.
I have had a 4.5 week long (at this date) order with them for some IPC units. Short of it is, they ship a completely incorrect order. Will not credit my account, will not ship out a calltag for the crap they sent me. AND....the best part....first time I get to talk to Steve Gross, the VP at Space Maintainers, and the one in charge of marketing the new IPC units, the following happens.

I call to inform them that UPS showed up with no call tag wanting me to pay the return shipping charges. They tell me Steve is out to lunch. I am on hold for about only 45 seconds, on the line comes Steve Gross.
Great I think, now I can get this worked out and explain to the main guy what happened. I tell him about the incorrect items in the shippment and the time that has been passing. I think Steve Gross might be interested in fixing this so they can market these items. I also ask him to send a call tag for the items they sent me and to please credit my credit card for the charges.
Steve Gross response!?!????!!
"I am tired of this BUllSHlt, do not ever call this number again. Do you here me?? Don't ever call here again." Then he hangs up.

This was not a "hot conversation"at all. It lasted all of maybe 1 minute. No one was yelling and screaming, just, this great customer Service from Steve Gross,at Space Maintainers, Appliance Therapy Group.
I have never talked to anyone without a fuse before. This guy, Steve Gross, doesn't have one, he just goes off. This guy is Space Maintainers VP.
What a complete loser.
Sapce Maintainers is and always has been a bottom feeder. They work for the guys that don't pay their bills etc, and have no where else to go. There are a lot of low life's who don't pay their bills and they accumulate at Space Maintainers. Along with other wise unemployable idiots like Steve Gross, VP at Space Maintainers.

I would like to add that the employees of Space Manitainers did a great job of handling my order.
They were severly uniformed about the IPC product, but did their best to forward information to me. They returned calls as well. The order was taken, however, several incorrect items were shipped in the incomlete shipment.
The employees were always friendly, always helpful.
Steve Gross was never available for the entire month of this transaction, till the last day. He had his employees tell you he was out of the office, or at lunch. He did miraculously show up out of thin air and having lunch, for his "help" with the order.
Clearly Steve Gross is beyond were th "Peter Principal" should have left him.
