If you don't have your first million put away for retirement, you need to print this out, AND DO IT!!!
You follow these papers, every month make a new print out, and in a short piece of time you will feel like you got a raise in pay. http://www.daveramsey.com/media/pdf/...plan_forms.pdf |

This is a back up to the above stuff.
It's for an irregular income, and goes along with the above. An irregular income is what self employed people have. Except for maybe Rob, he's just plain irregular. http://www.daveramsey.com/media/pdf/...e_planning.pdf |

Dave Ramsey is really a good program. We saw him in KC in 2007. People actually believe that they have to be in debt. We are marketed this 24/7, and now everyone believes it? Pretty sly. It is not that hard to live within your means, you have to decide to do it and delay instant gratification.
I will now get down off of my soap box, trisha |

lol trisha, once again, I agree totally. For some reason in today's society, people think they have to live out of their means, not sure why. I remember Grandpa/Grandma wouldn't ever think about buying anything unless they could pay cash for it. I'm not suggesting that, but it does force someone into living within their income. Then again, who cares right, Obama and the imperial federal government is the answer to all of our problems, right? Okay, I'll shut up now and go back to my corner of desolute (also where Mike hangs out)....lol
