Any of you guys see the size of the smoker Jay has a picture of in his profile???
Bet he does a lot of bacon in that thing!!!

Now Mike.....You and I both know the only way that Obsession is going to smoke is if it's pointed at the sun. That will NEVER happen.

It's midnight and I still have 3 hours of work left!! Damn rush cases......

A smoker??? GGEEEESSSSSHHHH!!!

It is a gizmo that smokes meat. You cure the meat in a brine solution, then place it on racks in the smoker. A small heat sourse burns wood chips of different types for different flavors. Sporting goods stores have them. Good for smokeing bad little children as well.:-)
Also... don't let Jay try to convince you that thing is a telyscope!! He is devious!!

It looks like a telescope. So a smoker is a grill.

Some grills are called smokers. A smoker is a thing in itself. Not good for grilling, just slow cooking at low temp for many hours.

IT'S A SMOKER!!!! He hangs bacon from the bars you see in the middle, fire is built in the bottom portion. No telyscopes here.
