I absolutely agree...... that is what goto is for.....

so we don't clutter up valuable brain space..... LOL
God knows we are already at a disadvantage from all those years of exposure to monomer......

by the way .... got the scope out last night, clear but chilly, took in about 18 M objects and a couple planets.

Just a disc that you put into a mini mag light then set it several feet away to be the focal point,,,, use it like you would a star to defocus..(hmmm is that a word?) anyway you can do this in the daytime. get things set up befor your nights viewing if you have made a location change over a bumpy road. at least thats what the instructions say....
