Whats different...... I see every patient, I discuss their tx options, I take precise custom shades, I do all the try ins and for our area we have the fastest delivery turn around. We deliver fixed and removable cases inside one wk. 9 days start to finish cd/rpd 22,23 26,27 crns with precision attachments. Thats 6 days in lab. I travel with an assistant who works with the dentists offices scheduling my visits two and three times a wk. Very good system, would like to be fetching Richmond VA fees for this service. I am coming to Richmond this spring, maybe I can drop by. I love to visit modern labs. My lab is a dungeon.

good to hear from another lab around the state...sounds like your lab system is pretty crazy and boutique oriented...when do you not work between traveling and doing all your casework? How many people work in yalls lab? pop on in to our lab and scotts when you come to richmond

I dont work a lot of hours, pretty efficient system. Works kind of like this. I take a final imp, do a wax try in and make all adjustments, deliver a case and do a couple repairs. This usually only takes about three hours. A long day is 5 hours. that usually is two cases delivered and two new cases. On average I only make one trip per delivered denture. I have one tech who processes and finishes 3 to 5 dentures a wk. he does this in about 10 hrs a wk. I have an assistant who travels with me. 6 to 10 hrs a wk. I only spend about 10 hrs a wk in the lab. I do all the refinements in the wax at the office. I see the patient on average 4 visits for a total of 2 hours in the chair and 2 hours in the lab per arch. I1m at the offices 2 maybe 3 days a wk and at the lab 2 days. Our fee is 425 for standard and 575 for a custom denture with slm and portrait teeth. Seems like a lot but my dentists love it and so do I. I will for sure look you all up this spring and or early summer.
