I did pick up a Shark Steamer Trisha. I like the thing. I got it around 11/20 or so. Been very tough around here lately, so I've been slow to catch up.
We're getting a new horse. A Tennesse Walker mare. Should be here by 12/20!!.
The steamer, I never tried one as the only ones I knew of were in dental catalogs and such and to expensive for just a try out. I have a large collection of "try out" stuff laynig around. Some of it I was able to sell, some of it still gets used once in a while.
I tried a Triad years ago for acrylic work. It was great. No odors as storng as monomers. You could place on nearly exactly as much material as needed with very little excess. Grinding time was therefore shortened. Pumice and polish was the same. Expense was higher but worked out for a better net due to the increased speed in processing. Major draw back was the material was to brittle. Over time (couple of months) I got back every single one for repair. I just made them the usual way.
Maybe they have a better material now??? Less brittle??? Would be interesting to know. Just not interested in investing that much for a trial again.
