For those who might be interested, I'm a general dentist who has also worked in a dental lab. I was the "Implant Coordinator," interfacing w/ the doctors who sent work to the lab, esp. implant treatment. I did this for about 4 months. It was fascinating being on your end of things.

I have to apologize for the "dreck" that I've seen sent by doctors who expected good lab work in return. It changed my mind on what I send out! I would have loved to charge docs a surcharge for the extra time it took to handle their work; e.g. effort to set bites on poor occlusions/impressions, find margins to ditch correctly, etc.

So, I look forward to "meeting" you.
