Seeing as you are in the mood for helping me, what do you do when you need to get 5 units out that day, and the shades are very differant, and you only have one press furnace!!
I personally seem to have to keep burning up electicity most of the day, as i find im investing, pressing, etc every 45 mins, and keepnig a list of what im doing, to save me going mad!
have you any tips or tricks.
thanks

No problem. I think I have a few ideas for you. First, try to stage your shades as logical as you can. The Press LT ingots are shade specific, but you can make an A2 out of A1, A3 out of A2, B2 out of B1, you get the idea. Yes, it is nice to press the exact shade, but like you mentioned, your always doing something (pressing, investing etc.). The shades that they don't have (yet, but will eventually) that are tougher to match are D2 & C1. Without confusing the issue, the idea is to consolidate your pressings by using the lightest shaded ingot in the shade group (A, B, C, D's) and then stain them down a shade or two with the shading material. Let me know if this makes sense!
