Hey guys, I don't dup either, although a good idea for a great presentation and some final adjusting before delivery. I do deliver the working model however. I have never had any complaints or any real comments about doing that but I like to do it for my sake. My remake policy states that if the appliance fits the model and not the mouth, the remake costs will be at my discretion. As to the appearance of that model, it is obviously a working model and not a presentation case, but I think that's ok for this purpose. As stated earlier, the dentist usually doesn't look at the model.
